How will my order ship?
If your order is a book or plush toy, then it will ship via USPS Media Mail (2 to 12 business days), Priority Mail (1 to 3 business days), or First Class (1 to 5 business days). It's your choice. Some listings offer free shipping. The cost for Priority Mail is a flat $10.20 to anywhere in the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska. Is a delivery confirmation number included?
Yes. All orders ship with at least a delivery confirmation number. This is automatically included in the shipping cost. If your order is expensive or rare, it will also ship with additional protection such as insurance or signature confirmation.

When will my order ship?
Once payment is received and charged, your order will be given to USPS on the same or next business day (including Saturdays). If payment is received and charged prior to 3:00pm (Monday through Friday), then your order should ship on the same day. If payment is received and charged after 3:00pm (Monday through Friday), then your order will ship on the next business days. Remember, orders also ship on Saturdays.

What are my responsibilities as a buyer?
When a "high risk" or expensive (>$250) item ships with "signature confirmation," an adult (21+) MUST sign for the package. If you cannot sign for the package, the carrier will attempt re-delivery the following business day. If you miss the re-delivery, the package will return to your local USPS facility and it will be your responsibility to retrieve the package from your local USPS facility. If you refuse to travel to your local USPS facility to retrieve your package, the package will be returned to me. You will receive a complete refund minus a restocking fee of 10% and all shipping charges. This is considered an unauthorized return. (Please be aware that the carrier determines when the package is delivered. I have no say in the matter. You cannot tell the carrier when to deliver the package unless the item ships by FedEx with delivery accommodations.) How will my order be protected for transit?
All orders are protected for transit with generous amounts of bubble wrap or peanuts or both bubble wrap and peanuts. All items ship in corrugated cardboard boxes. Therefore, your order will not be damaged during transit.

You have responsibilities as a buyer: (1) Read the entire listing before you place an order. (2) Ask questions *before* you place an order. (3) If you need to cancel your order, you must contact me within 1 hour of placing your order. Otherwise, I cannot guarantee that I can cancel the order. (4) Please be aware that any order which has already shipped cannot be cancelled. (5) All sales are final. (6) Keep in mind that all items have been photographed and videotaped before they are shipped to you to prove that they are in working condition.
